As of 2020, See Beyond is a registered business only in the United States, so we are not able to grant residency in North Africa. Also, all of our "staff" are actually independent contractors and not employees. We do imagine a day where See Beyond might register as a local business. It will probably be when we have full-time employees who live in North Africa and have significant reasons why they would not be traveling for work every few months.

See Beyond would hire you as an independent contractor. You would be responsible for all taxes as appropriate in your country of legal residence. You are responsible for your own insurance, taxes, retirement, and social security. See Beyond only pays fees as contracted for services.

Currently we meet once a month online for 90 minutes. These meetings are optional, however, the main focus is typically your professional growth. Normally we spend only 30 minutes on business issues. In the past we have reviewed books together, cross-trained from our areas of expertise, and we are currently working on training in designing and facilitating stronger workshops.

As independent contractors, you have complete freedom to plan your work as it fits your schedule. You are never obliged to accept commitments that don’t fit your schedule, however, time-bound work may be given to another staff member.

See Beyond will provide some clients for you, however, we can not guarantee a minimum client load. We do have opportunities for you to develop contacts both in person/in country and online, including offering free webinars or free consultations which we will help you to use to broaden your personal client base.

See Beyond is able to pay in international currencies. If at some point See Beyond establishes businesses inside a country, we would be able to pay in that country's currency. That is not possible at this time.
