See Beyond offers 45–90 minute free team-building sessions. We offer these online, or onsite when we are in your area. These sessions are available for teams made up of primarily English-speaking expatriates in North Africa and the Sahel.

WHAT KIND OF TEAM DO WE WANT TO BE?
In this free, online team-building event, you will experience one way to uncover expectations. You will see what expectations you each have about the team, and, together, you will co-create three or more principles you agree on to guide your team experience.
ONE POWER SKILL TO BUILD CONNECTION AND MANAGE CONFLICT:
We’ve spent years learning to read, write, and even speak. However, we may have missed learning this one important skill. We long for others to use this skill with us and to do it well. However, we don’t know how to do it any better ourselves. During this free, online team-building session, you’ll hear, see, and practice communication’s one power skill.
UPGRADING YOUR GROUP DECISION-MAKING SKILLS:
Leave this session knowing the six ways to make decisions and when to use them. Learn three tips to instantly improve the many quick decisions that you need to make. Get an overview of the typical process that difficult participatory decisions flow through and identify the skills and attitudes needed for each.
WHAT WE’VE LEARNED THROUGH OFFERING CONFLICT MEDIATION
Learning the most common things that lead to needing a mediator, we hope will help give you some tracks to prevent this very costly service. Mediation is usually asked for after so much hurt and pain is already inflicted. Learn the benchmarks that indicate outside help is needed sooner, than later. Use our learning and tips to help your team communicated more effectively and prevent the need for mediation.
FOUNDATIONS OF TRUST:
What are the foundations of trust? What trust builders and trustbusters do your team need to watch out for? During this free, online team-building session, you’ll discover more about trust, uncover your team's trust builders and busters, and develop increased trust in the process.
TWO SKILLS TO UNCOVER EXPECTATIONS:
Unmet expectations are by far the largest source of conflict on teams. During this fun, interactive session, you’ll learn and experience two skills that you can use over and over to uncover expectations.

If you want more than the free time your session/facilitator normally gives, you can purchase additional sessions for $75/hour.
