Individual meetings can be cancelled or changed with 24-hour notice. One meeting can be missed without advance notice at no charge over a 6-month period. Appointments missed because of client circumstances must be made up by the end of next calendar month, otherwise they are lost. Appointments missed because of coach circumstances can be made up at the client’s convenience, but within 6 weeks of the normal agreement ending. Before individual sessions, you will need to record a real coaching session with a regular client, with their permission. Ideally, those sessions would be between 20 and 40 minutes long. We'll use the one-on-one time to listen to the recording together, stopping to talk about what you are hearing in your coaching. We’ll look for what is going well and what you'd like to improve, etc. Sometimes, we may stop and give you a bit of additional training in a specific area. If you choose a group package, you’ll join 3 - 9 other coaches for interactive learning. There will be at least 7 hours of group sessions, normally in four sessions of 1 hr 45 min. If I miss a group session, I will need to pay $100 hour non-profit or $150/hour standard to make it up in an individual session, if necessary to meet the minimum of 10 hours required by the ICF. Mentor Coaching does not guarantee any ICF credential. I have read and understand I have read and have comments or questions listed below Policies * As a client, I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my physical, mental, and emotional well being during my coaching calls, including my choices and decisions. I am aware that I can choose to discontinue coaching at any time. I understand that mentor coaching is a professional-client relationship I have with my mentor coach that is designed to facilitate the creation/development of my goals as a coach and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals. I understand that I, as a client, will work on action steps between meetings. I understand that my mentor coach will work to prepare me for the credentialing process, but can not make any guarantee on my success in an outside credentialing process. I understand that all decisions about how I proceed in my coaching, personal, and professional life are exclusively mine, and I acknowledge that my decisions and my actions regarding them are my sole responsibility. Mentor Coaching is a two-way relationship, and your mentor coach needs and appreciates your feedback. If you feel some part of the mentor coaching isn’t working for you, please bring that up so you can resolve it together. Either party may terminate the mentor coaching relationship at any time.
